14 Nov Up the Dubs!
Today we had a very special visitor at school – Seán Bungler who plays for the Dublin team came in to show us all the Sam Maguire Cup! We all gathered in the hall, dressed in blue, and sang a few songs before Seán answered some questions from a few boys. He spoke about the importance of practising as much as you can so that you can improve, whether it’s football, reading, music or another hobby you like. He also told the boys how important it was to eat healthy meals to be able to train and play football well. The whole school to see the real Sam Maguire cup and even got a photo with it. Thanks to Seán for making our day!
